Owen Gow

Program Assistant

Owen Gow is the project assistant at the Atlantic Council's Adrienne Arsht-Rockefeller Foundation Resilience Center, where he provides program and project support, particularly with the Center's Humanitarian Initiative. After graduating from Willamette University with a BA in Anthropology, Owen's strong interest in forced displacement, humanitarian response, and policy research led him to intern with the Migration Policy Institute, Mercy Corps, and the International Rescue Committee. He hopes to contribute to city-level and national policy change that accounts for both climate change and evolving global migration flows.
