Jen Manaloto is the Program Manager at the Atlantic Council’s Adrienne Arsht-Rockefeller Foundation Resilience Center. She works in partnership with the Director to support the goal of reaching one billion people worldwide with resilience solutions by 2030.
Prior to the Atlantic Council, Jen had an 11-year tenure at The Nature Conservancy (TNC) where she managed administration, operations, events, projects, and fundraising for several executives and teams. In working with colleagues across the globe, including in her most recent role as the Executive Assistant to the Interim CEO, Secretary Sally Jewell, Jen developed a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Before TNC, Jen supported operations and advocacy efforts for the child-health organizations the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids and the American Academy of Pediatrics. As a Chicago native and graduate of DePaul University, Jen still proudly roots for her hometown sports teams. Jen lives in Northern Virginia with her family and enjoys volunteering for local community organizations and exploring nature in her free time.
